Rates
$297 for 90-minute Evaluation session (All New Clients)
$197 per 45-minute follow-up sessions
 

Insurance
If you have Regence (or most other Blue Cross/Blue Shield), Premera, or First Choice health insurance, we will bill directly for you.  All others are to pay for services at the time they are provided. We will give you, upon request, the document to give your insurance company so you can get reimbursed.
 

Reduced Fee
For those who do not use insurance and who commit to at least two sessions per month for at least three months, we offer the opportunity to participate in the First Focus Coaching Program at $118.50 per follow-up session (a $78.50 or 40% reduced fee).
 

Payment
Cash, check and Visa/Mastercard accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Agreements are important in this kind of work.  If I don't show up or give you 24 hours advance notice of canceling an appointment (except in emergencies), I will give you the next session free.  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or do not give us at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation (except in emergencies), you will be charged $118.50 for the session.
