Follow-Up Appointments
Research shows that consistent follow-up is necessary to make and keep the progress desired with ADHD medications. Although monthly appointments may give the best results, we can also extend the intervals between visits.
After stability with medications is reached, we can schedule the next two appointments one month apart and the following two appointments two months apart. If still stable, then we can go three months between appointments.

How To Get Money Back, When No Insurances Are Billed.
Although I do not bill your health insurance, a "Superbill" will be provided in the portal that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
You pay me. Then they pay you. However, because insurance policies vary, your reimbursement may vary depending on your insurance. So I cannot predict what your reimbursement will be. It's the same for the cost of medication, if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Agreements are important in this kind of work. If I don't show up or give you 24 hours advance notice of canceling an appointment (except in emergencies), I will give you the next session free. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or do not give us at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation (except in physical emergencies), you will be charged $125 for the session which insurance will not cover.
Schedule
To schedule your first appointment, call 425-451-4422 Monday-Friday 9 AM to 4:00 PM to schedule with the telephone receptionist. After the first session, we usually schedule the next appointment while we're still in session, so you don't have to worry about doing it yourself. After the first session, you can also schedule an appointment on your own either through this website or by calling the number you did for your original appointment.
When It's Time to Stop
My job is to help you. We continue to meet until we both agree to stop. If you find that our sessions are no longer helping you, please bring it up in a session and we can agree to stop. If I think I am no longer helping you well enough, I will bring it up in a session and discuss how you can get care that's a better match for you.
